Trip to Malawi

A couple of weeks ago, we loaded up the truck and drove to the border of Mozambique and Malawi. On this adventure we were trying to get me a new visa. Tracy, Flora, and I were going to cross the border on foot, walk around Malawi for an hour then come back. Well, they said that wasn't possible and I would have to stay out of Mozambique for 24 hours. We decided to drive the 5 hours back home, regroup, and I would talk to my parents about what to do next.

After prayer and a good night's rest, I planned to fly to South Africa to the Embassy and get a new visa.
Before I went to buy my plane ticket, we went by the Immigration office here in Quelimane to ask some questions. Previously, we had heard that it was impossible to get a 30 day visa from this office. But our God is Sovereign and He already had plans for my visa. I don't know how but I walked out of that office with a 30 day visa. Go God! I am beyond amazed at how awesome our God is!

Here are a few pictures from our trip. I left without a visa but I came home with some pretty pictures!

The mountains here are so pretty!

At the border was this road that lead up the mountain, it
was so pretty!

On the way home, we saw this beautiful sunset right
outside of Quelimane!

Thank you for praying for me!
